Campus Program - Faces of Israel

"Introducing an Exciting Campus Program - Faces of Israel! (Funding Available)

Faces of Israel is an innovative program (part film, part presentation, part discussion) that explores the nature of Israel as a Jewish and democratic state. There are many hot topics raised in the program, such as what it means to have a Jewish state, the legalization of civil unions, religious pluralism in Israel, the role of the Israeli Chief Rabbinate, same-sex unions, Conservative and Reform Judaism in Israel and much more. You can easily tailor the program to fit the interests of your university and funding is available to bring Faces of Israel to your campus!

Faces of Israel has been very successful at a number of campuses (including UNC Chapel Hill, Northwestern, Brown, Hopkins, Middlebury, Hunter, etc.) and the director, Amy Beth Oppenheimer, is traveling to different campuses to speak and facilitate the program. This Spring, Amy will be in Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Michigan, California, Louisiana and on the East Coast though she is always traveling and might be near your campus!

If you are interested in bringing Faces of Israel to your campus, please contact Amy at director@facesthemovie.com To watch the film trailer, check out press reviews and learn more about Faces of Israel, visit www.facesthemovie.com
